terms and conditions - unirider™ colouring-in competition 2023

  1. The Mountain Buggy® ‘Colour my unirider™’ colouring in competition (the "Competition") is organized by Mountain Buggy® (the “Company”).
  2. The Competition is open to children aged 2 to 5 years old.
  3. The Competition will commence on 17th October and close on 7th November at 5pm SGT. Entries received after this date and time will not be accepted.
  4. Eligibility: Employees and immediate families of Mountain Buggy® are not eligible to enter.
  5. There are a total of 30 x unirider™ available to be won in the Competition.
  6. Entry is free. One entry per person.
  7. The method of selecting winners will be a draw. There will be multiple draws and Mountain Buggy® will allocate entries to each draw, in their absolute discretion, whilst allowing each entry to participate in only one draw.
  8. Prizes: The first name drawn will be the first winner, second name drawn the second winner and third name drawn is the third winner, and so on. The winning prizes consist of one Mountain Buggy® unirider™ for each winner valued at NZ$86.99.
  9. Winners will be notified using details provided, within a reasonable time after the close of the Competition.
  10. The prize will be shipped out to the winners within 3 weeks of notification of winning (if stock is available in warehouse).
  11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any other product.
  12. By participating in the Competition, a parent or legal guardian agrees that their child's entry may be used on the Mountain Buggy® website, social media platforms, or any other form of marketing. Use of the image will include use of first name, age and country.
  13. Competition entries become the property of Phil and Teds Most Excellent Buggy Company Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
  14. Mountain Buggy® reserves the right to use the entries for promotional purposes without any further compensation to the participants.
  15. Mountain Buggy® reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Competition rules or these Terms and Conditions.
  16. Mountain Buggy® reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time without prior notice.
  17. Participants agree to provide accurate and complete information during the entry process. Mountain Buggy® shall not be liable for any incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries.
  18. Mountain Buggy® shall not be responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other problems that may result in the loss or delay of entries.
  19. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  20. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by them pursuant to paragraph 12.
  21. No liability: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability.
  22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
  23. Participation in the Competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
